LeEco Raised the Bar

LeEco previously known as LeTV. The company just came last year but already making big changes in mobile world. Setting new standard in mobile world just few weeks back company launched a phone with 6 gb ram LeMax 2. And Now Company just announced that their Next phone LeMax 2 pro will carry 8 gb hard disk. yup, you heard it right More ram than I got in my pc. :/

According to GizChina ,LeTV are rumoured to be working on a new flagship phone with the latest Snapdragon 821 chipset and a huge 8GB RAM!!
It all started when Asus announced the Zenfone 2 with a staggering 4GB RAM, and since then we have seen RAM increase all smartphones to the point that this year LE, ZUK and OnePlus now all have 6GB RAM phones, but soon there could be even more!.
But it’s the rumoured hardware which really has us foaming at the mouth. According to Chinese press, the new LeMax 2 could be one of the first smartphones to launch with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset, and to top it off, 8GB RAM!!
If those processing specs weren’t enough then the phone is also believed to have a 25 mega-pixel camera on the rear just above a touch fingerprint scanner.

Because of this question rises Do we really need this?

Well the more the better. But i don't think RAM is what today consumer seeks for 4gb or 6gb of RAM was already too much. I don't think world is in a hurry to have a phone with 8 gb of RAM. I think TODAY in this busy world what consumer really seeks for is a phone with a Good battery life. I know many of you will say dash charge or lighting charge is there to compete this problem but Is that enough you still have to charge your phone after every 8-10 hours

I want to see a phone which can actually give 12 hours of SOT (screen on time) and stand by you can assume yourself. You mus be wondering am i an idiot asking for 12 hours of SOT but we live in an age where we can do anything with just a right hand. we can access anything our bank accounts our work wile on move with a Mobile so for something like that asking for a better battery life is understandable than more RAM.
